Flying long range FPV in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
I’m flying a Matrix quadcopter with Dragonlink LRS, ImmersionRC 600mW 5.8Ghz video transmiiter, 6S 10,000 mah flight pack, GoPro Hero3 Black, and DJI Naza M V2. The transmitter used is a Futaba 14SG with Dragonlink Tranmitter LRS.
I fly out to 3.1kms from takeoff point, and then fly back towards home and before coming back I fly up a valley to about 1.7kms from home then I return to land. I use a Flytrex Data logger to log my flight data and then use Dashware to sync the data and gauges with my flight video. No editing just straight flight.
